At Blue Care Network, we’re committed to providing the broadest access to care and the most helpful support to our members, customers and communities. In 2023, we expanded and improved our programs and services with more ways to make health care convenient for our members.
We know members count on us during critical moments. So we aim to make health care less complicated. With this in mind, we introduced innovative health care solutions that are not only cost-efficient, but deliver easy, useful and personal experiences to our members.
New personalized programs helped our members feel supported along their health care journey. We improved the quality, outcomes and value of care with initiatives such as provider-delivered care management and programs to help members identify high-performing imaging centers. This contributed to $74 million in medical and pharmacy cost savings for BCN members in 2023. Our customers and members can continue to expect quality health care that delivers on our commitment to convenience and affordability.
We’re ready to help our members feel confident in their coverage and options, now and in the future. As health care evolves, we’ll continue to improve our programs and services to deliver outstanding experiences and exceptional products for all our stakeholders.
