This summer and fall, Blue Cross is hiring more than 200 customer service representatives to serve our members as onsite essential employees in downtown Detroit. As a Customer Service Representative, you could earn $17.63 – $18.55 per hour and take advantage of our generous benefits program, including medical dental and vision plans, paid time off, 401(k) and pension plan, family care program, wellness rewards, corporate discounts and more!
Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent as well as previous experience in public or customer service or sales.
